Terms and Conditions

We will make our best efforts to provide the exact flowers and colours that you request in your order, however due to seasonal availbility this is not always possible. In such cases we will substitute flowers to match your order as closely as possible.

Delivery terms and conditions

• Lazy Tulip cannot promise delivery at a specific time. You can request a time bracket for delivery and we will do our very best to meet your request, but we cannot guarantee it.

• Orders must be placed before 12pm (AEST) on a Delivery Day to guarantee same day delivery.

• Orders placed after 12pm (AEST) will be delivered on the next Delivery Day.

• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be delivered on the next Delivery Day.

• If the recipient is not at home and there is no one at that address who can accept the delivery, we will leave the delivery at the front door (if possible, in a spot that is discreet).

If we are unable to leave the delivery at the front door, we will attempt to contact you for new instructions (which may incur additional charges).

If we cannot contact you, the delivery will be returned to the Lazy Tulip Studio and we will await further instruction from you (which may incur additional charges).

• It is your responsibility to provide the correct address details. Lazy Tulip cannot accept responsibility for deliveries made to an address that you have supplied that are incorrect.
